II. MUTANT RULES
a teenager won't be as powerful as an adult. so please don't overpower your character. we understand their powers might be more powerful, but the age difference will make a difference. the older you get the more powerful you become. teenagers lack the ability to fully utilize their powers, which is why they have classes for that in the academy. just look at the recruits in x-men: first class. they needed training to control their powers and to utilize them effectively.
we don't have a regulation of what type of powers you are able to have. but make it somewhat realistic.
mutants will first learn about their powers at a young age, typically four years old.
III. CHARACTER RULES
you can have an unlimited amount of characters.
you are not allowed to start roleplaying until your character has been accepted by a staff member.

before you post a new application in the notification thread please have at least five posts on your previous character.
you must use an animanga fc as we don't allow real life claims.
