Today was the day today was the day he was going to find someone who could help him with his biggest tag yet, or rather a team of someones. Vincent had been planing this for months, picking out just the right spot, figuring out the right size, and just how he wanted it too look. To do this he would need a crack team of fellow mutants, he would need them to be strong, dedicated, and most of all okay with braking the rules. Vincent hated all the rules, don't use your powers outside of school, don't damage the things on school grounds, and that particular one about going to class. He hated them all, why anyone wants to hold him back. Who where they to hold him down, it really sucked but it was the life he had been given. He was rather jealous of all those who could use there power to fly, whats more freeing then not being bound to the earth at all times. Being able to just leave everything and every one behind and fly away.
This was not to say he didn't like his powers, no in fact he felt rather blessed to get powers at all. He always felt even worse for the normal people in this world, they where chained to the normal life that the world set for them. Sure they where not hated, sure they where not hunted, sure they didn't have to control a force of nature. But they would never get to do amazing things, things that make them truly free of the world as it is. Free to drive there own path in a world of there own.
These thoughts often filled his head, and that is why he was on the hunt for people to help him with driving his own path. Sure his freedom as of now was nothing more then his own form of street art, but freedom is freedom. Nonetheless he was on the hunt for people to help him give the John Hancock Center a smile. "Well first things first I need to find someone who can get me up there? He said to himself trying to find someone to give him a hand. Sure he was not great with people but he had to figure it out sometime.

Vincent is a rather interesting person, he is some how shy but out going, withdrawn but over the top. Vincent is pretty much a living contradiction, in one way or another. For you see he is rather shy when you first meet him, not talking much and even blushing when he talks to much. But when you get to know him he is rather talkative, and sometimes just wont shut up. He is also out going in the way he loves to get out into the world in have fun. Particularly he loves tagging buildings, dancing, go figure cant talk to people, but loves dancing with them. Although he does like to get out there and do some things full boar, he can still be pretty reserved in a lot of his life. When in school or even just out with a big group of people, he will likely not say to much or act out all that much. That is until there is some music playing, then he will be the first up an dancing.
He also has a bit of a temper, he gets mad pretty quick, at the smallest things. But because he is the living contradiction, he doesn't burst out in anger. No he normally will do something under the radar to get back at them. Like raising the temperature of there cold drink to that of fresh coffee before they drink it. Although he does have a tempter he has never been able to hold a grudge. In fact he is barely able to stay mad after getting his minor revenge. Lastly he is a very free person, he hates being tired down by anything whether it be literal restraints or the restriction of a schedule. This means he skips way more classes then he should, because he didn't want to be there. His teachers would hate him more if he was not still doing the work. He is fine with school he just doesn't like having to go to class everyday.Vincent is still a pretty young guy, so there is not the most to say about his past.In fact his past is very boring. He didn't have much drama when his powers came about, he didn't accidentally kill his parents or anything crazy like that. No he is a pretty interesting little guy who came from a blah background. Nonetheless he grew up in a small town outside of Toronto in Canada, Living a peaceful life, him making a couple friends, but was not popular. There really was nothing of note happening until his powers activated. That's when his whole world would change, not for the bad though, in fact when he got his powers his parents showed him that they both had powers of there own.
They even starting using them more and more around him, before he got his powers they wanted him to grow up with a normal house. But now the ice and the fire was flying, and he was told to use his powers at much or as little as he liked. Sure for the longest time he was melting everything he touched and for the life of him could not have a cold drink. But with time he got more control of his powers. With his parents help he was able to get a handle on them, at least a little. Even with all this his parents thought it may be best for him to go where they had went to learn to control there powers. Even with there mentor passing away they felt it right to send him there.
This change was pretty big but nothing Vincent could not handle, in fact he welcomed the change. He felt that a small town was to restrictive anyway, he wanted to live in a city to be able to do just what ever he liked to do. So this change was easy, and he loved going to the school. He has now been there a couple years, and loving every minute. That pretty much sums up his history, nothing dramatic really happens, kinda boring to share, but who knows what the future will bring for young Vincent.
Heat Manipulation: Vincent is able to manipulate heat its self with his mind, he cant do anything with this heat that it could not do in nature. But he would be capable of super heating things till until melted, causing things to dehydrate and dry out, causing burn or scorch marks, and any effect that would happen when heat is involved. Because of this power his body has changed as well, it is capable of being superheated itself, so far as to have a faint red glow, when he heats his body up to this extent he is able to burn things with a touch, melt things just by running his hand across it. This ability does not always have to be his full body, nor does he have to go to his red hot potential but its normally what he does. His body is also completely immune to the effects of heat, mean he could touch fire with out getting burnt, swim in lava and be fine, and the best part, he will never burn the top of his mouth when eat or drinking hot things.
With this power it does come with side effects, the first of these is his body is always running hotter then a normal person. This often times means he will be walking around as in as little as he can get away with because he is never cold. Then there is the fact that this power is tied to his emotions, and as such if he was ever to get really mad he might end up melting the chair he was sitting on, or making the soda he was drinking start to boil. The last side effect is the strain of manipulating the heat out side his body. As he is not very practiced with this ability it takes him s lot of effort for drastic changes in a small area, and he fines it almost impossible to change the climate in large area. This is how ever is only a problem of in experience, once he has fully come into adult hood and his powers, he will be able to do as he pleases with the heat, but till then he normally sticks with using his own body. |
