Sebastian in base is an asshole, He doesn't care for the safety for others or where they end up. His hiding has made him very paranoid about people finding him and he doesn't have any qualms about ending someone if it means he'll get away from being located. He when alone is usually the happiest you will see him. He doesn't mind being around other mutants and will treat them better than humans whom he harbors an automatic mistrust for. He fears being captured and sent back above all things, this means he hates all forms of authority regardless of who it is behind the badge. He will outright attack anyone that he deems a threat. He is beyond frightened of spiders, like it's an unhealthy fear that he can't explain something about all their legs just.. Irk him. it isn't so uncommon to find him stomping about to try to scare any out of hiding so he can at least have the knowledge that none will crawl down his throat. He enjoys long walks, seeing animals [eating them too] and watching the ocean. The few times that he flew on a plane he didn't mind being up so high, in fact it awed him when he saw how high they were. He enjoys eating junk food and soda far more than normal food [maybe it's because of the amount of calories?] not to mention he loves loves loves having meat of any sort. One thing he enjoys past meat or fatty foods? Petting kittens, it just makes him feel really peaceful and it's that peaceful feeling that he misses sorely. Picture reference Mutant  Human  biography I was human. Science changed me. I was born within walls of White, born outside of most of the civilized world. I was given a chance at a greater meaning in my life but it was taken from me before I could even blink once. My parents not even caring what I could become chose to sell my soul to science and reap the rewards. I was gifted with many pains, with many changes and with many an ability through my parents misuse of the resources they were given. I spent the first eighteen years under their heel, under their scrutiny. If I failed at anything they forced me to do it again and again until I succeded. They didn't care if I failed or triumphed either, they just cared about... Their stupid results. Can you imagine their disappointment at all my escape attempts? Do you know what they asked me? Where will you go? My answer seemed baffling to them, it made them wonder what on earth I thought the outside world was like. They themselves had closed their bodies into this place for eighteen long years in order to make the perfect soldier. What did I give them in return? What did they even bring to the table every year that they had me there, that every year that I lived was considered a success? Nothing but disappointment. Why would they be disappointed? Why would they not understand that a being like myself yearns for freedom from the oppressive light they dragged onto me. They didn't seem the least bit surprised when I eventually managed to escape for real; in fact they seemed as though they were happy that I had managed to. Killing all of the guards that they had there the entire time. However they didn't seem very happy with the way I did it though; they seemed to almost be... Afraid. Why did you eat them? What did you become? I became Freedom. I wandered the countryside in hopes of finding shelter, instead I only found hatred that was reaped by those in power. I was forced into hiding for a long period of time. I was born into the light, and I turn into the dark in order to save myself. I shed my humanity and the shackles that it carries. POWERS Shifter Sebastian in base is a shifter, he is able to shift into two solid forms, his shifter and his human one. His shifter form brings with it more powers than his own, it brings more strength than he possess, it also brings with a whole set of new powers that are based on strength around how much energy he has available. However when using this shifting proccess he must have an excess of energy gained from what he has eaten. The more he has consumed the longer he can stay in his second form. Because of his dietary needs he can really only eat food, most objects don't have a high value and thusly he has no interest in them. Base regen: Sebastian has a basic regeneration power that allows him to heal from most minor wounds fairly quickly. If he is well fed he can heal from drastic wounds at the cost of the extra energy. Shifted regen: Sebastian's regenerative powers when shifted are drastically improved allowing him to re attatch limbs with no detriment [unless he's decapitated, he'll die.]. Minor wounds heal almost instantly while larger wounds consume more energy and allow over time to turn into minor wounds which disappear entirely Strength: Sebastian has an immense strength from his natural build, ontop of his mutant strength he can lift most mundane objects and throw them with relative ease. [IE: desks, Fridges, smaller people.. ETC]. Shifted Strength: Sebastian's strength in this form is based around how much he consumed prior to changing. Sometimes he'll be just a bit stronger than normal, other times it's quite possible he can lift somewhere closer to a ton. [though he can't throw it very far.] Flames During his transformation Several sections of Sebastian actually become fiery, these excess points are where the energy is burning out through. The brighter they shine the quicker he burns through energy. The more active he is during his transformation yields a quicker burn out. Once the flames die out he shifts back and is almost dead tired. If he shifts back before he runs out of energy he won't be as exhausted but he'll likely be in no condition to fight. Shadow Vestment: During Sebastian's transformations a group of appendages that are smoke-like trail from his back. While they possess absolutely no ability to grab or wrap around things when touched or when they pass through someone it feels as though they are ice cold. This is a minor trick that allows for an upper hand in some fights where an opponant may lose their cool when touched by such a thing. Stomach mouth: A direct link to the digestive system within Sebastian, this allows for anything he consumes to start being digested in order to add to his energy pool allowing for a longer transformation. This mouth also is large enough to bite chunks out of people, Sebastian himself is NOT against eating someone either. Extreme weather tolerance: Even without being shifted Sebastian can survive longer in places that are deadly to humans and mutants alike. In subzero temperatures his body heats itself to the best it can and while in areas that would be considered deadly through the means of heat his body strains to match the heat of the current area only when warm. This way a synergy is possible with his environment.
